7 Days 6 Nights

Overview

Experience an unforgettable adventure on our 7-Day Mount Kilimanjaro Climb via the Rongai Route, one of the most scenic and peaceful routes to reach Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), Africa's highest point. Approaching the mountain from the northern side near the Kenya border, the Rongai Route is the only trail that begins from the north and is famous for its quiet paths, unspoiled wilderness, and excellent summit success rates. The Rongai Route is an excellent choice for climbers seeking fewer crowds, gradual altitude gain, and diverse landscapes. During this adventure, you'll trek through beautiful forests, remote moorlands, alpine desert, and glacial landscapes before standing on the Roof of Africa. The route is especially recommended during the rainy seasons because the northern side of Mount Kilimanjaro receives less rainfall than the southern routes. This 7-day itinerary includes extra time for acclimatization, allowing your body to adjust naturally to the altitude while increasing your chances of successfully reaching the summit. Led by our experienced mountain guides, skilled cooks, and dedicated porters, you'll enjoy professional support, freshly prepared meals, quality camping equipment, and an unforgettable climbing experience. At Serengeti Wildlife Safaris, we proudly guide climbers from around the world to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, providing safe, reliable, and personalized service from start to finish.
