After breakfast, you leave Arusha for Tarangire National Park, one of the most underrated wildlife destinations in Tanzania. The park is famous for its large elephant population, giant baobab trees and beautiful landscapes.

On arrival, you begin a full-day game drive through the varied habitats of the park. The Tarangire River attracts large numbers of animals all year, especially during the dry season. Expect elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas and warthogs, as well as many bird species.

Occasionally, you may also see predators such as lions, leopards and cheetahs hunting across the open savannah. Meanwhile, bird lovers can watch hundreds of species in the wetlands and woodlands of the park.

At midday, you enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by spectacular scenery. Then you continue exploring in the afternoon before you leave for your campsite near Karatu.

As the sun sets, your safari cook prepares dinner. Afterwards, you share stories around the campfire under the African sky.

After breakfast, you set off for the legendary Serengeti National Park. The journey passes through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with stunning views of the highlands and traditional Maasai villages.

As you enter Serengeti National Park, the landscape opens into vast plains that stretch as far as the eye can see. Then you begin a game drive on the way to your campsite.

The Serengeti is home to one of the largest wildlife populations in Africa. During your drive, you may see lions resting beneath acacia trees, elephants moving through the grass and cheetahs scanning for prey. You may also spot large herds of zebras and wildebeest grazing across the plains.

The afternoon game drive offers excellent chances for wildlife photography. Along the way, your guide also explains animal behaviour, migration patterns and conservation work in the park.

Before sunset, you arrive at your public campsite. Finally, enjoy a freshly prepared dinner and listen to the sounds of the African wilderness.

Today you spend the whole day exploring the remarkable Serengeti ecosystem. First, set off early for a sunrise game drive, when wildlife is most active.

The Serengeti offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa. Depending on the season, you may also witness part of the Great Migration, as thousands of wildebeest and zebras move across the plains in search of fresh grazing.

Throughout the day, you explore open grasslands, rocky kopjes, rivers and woodland. These habitats support a wide range of wildlife, such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas and jackals. You may also see elephants, buffaloes, giraffes and many antelope species.

At midday, you enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated spot in the park. After that, the afternoon brings more game drives and wildlife viewing.

As sunset approaches, you return to camp for dinner and relaxation. Later, the clear African sky offers excellent stargazing before another night in the heart of the Serengeti.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti. Then you begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

The route offers more wildlife viewing and spectacular scenery, so keep your camera ready. Animals often appear along the way.

When you reach the Ngorongoro Highlands, you enjoy breathtaking views over the crater and the surrounding landscapes. Here, the cooler climate and lush vegetation make a refreshing contrast to the Serengeti plains.

In the afternoon, you arrive at the campsite near the crater rim. Relax, take in the incredible scenery and get ready for the crater safari tomorrow.

Later, you enjoy dinner at camp while your guide shares stories about the unique ecosystem and wildlife of the crater.

Rise early and descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for one of the most rewarding safari experiences in Africa. The crater holds an extraordinary concentration of wildlife in a relatively small area.

On the crater floor, you find lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and the endangered black rhino. In fact, many consider it one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day.

At lunchtime, you enjoy a picnic near the famous hippo pool while you watch the wildlife. Meanwhile, the stunning crater walls create a dramatic backdrop all day.

After an extensive game drive, you climb out of the crater and return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you visit Lake Manyara National Park for your final safari. The park lies beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment and includes forests, wetlands, grasslands and an alkaline lake.

Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions and large troops of baboons. You may also see elephants, hippos, flamingos and rich birdlife. In addition, the groundwater forest of the park creates a unique ecosystem unlike anywhere else on the Northern Circuit.

Enjoy a morning game drive and a picnic lunch in this beautiful park. It also offers excellent photo opportunities before you return to Arusha.
