Itinerary

Day 01 :

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

Your 2-day adventure begins with an early morning departure from Arusha. Before you set off, you receive a short briefing. Then you drive through scenic landscapes toward Lake Manyara National Park.

First of all, the park stands out for its lush greenery, diverse bird species and famous tree-climbing lions. As a result, it offers a unique safari experience. During a full game drive, you can spot elephants, giraffes, hippos and colorful flamingos along the shores of the lake.

At midday, you enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Later in the afternoon, you continue to a lodge or campsite near Ngorongoro. There, you have dinner, relax and stay overnight.

Day 02 :

Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. Moreover, the crater floor spans 260 square kilometers and hosts an incredible concentration of wildlife. For example, it is home to the Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes and the rare black rhino.

Next, you enjoy a thrilling game drive across different habitats, such as grasslands, swamps and acacia woodlands. At lunchtime, you have a picnic near a hippo pool.

After a full day of exploration, you drive up the crater walls. Then you head back to Arusha and arrive in the early evening. Finally, this marks the end of your unforgettable 2 Days Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater Safari.
