Itinerary

Day 01 :

Drive to Central Serengeti National Park

Your 4 day Serengeti safari begins with a scenic drive from Arusha toward the vast plains of Central Serengeti National Park. On arrival, enjoy your first game drive in the Seronera region, an area known for its high concentration of wildlife.

Expect sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and wildebeest, as well as possible leopards along the Seronera River. Finally, as the day ends, you arrive at Moyo Tented Camp. There you can unwind in an authentic bush setting and then enjoy a freshly prepared dinner surrounded by nature.

Day 02 :

Full-Day Game Drive in Central Serengeti

Today is a full day exploring the wildlife-rich plains as part of your 4 day Serengeti safari. First, track the Big Five with your experienced guide and watch cheetahs in the open grasslands. You also encounter large herds of grazing animals across the savannah.

At midday, a picnic lunch in the park keeps you close to nature all day long. Then, in the late afternoon, return to Moyo Tented Camp for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay beneath the African sky.

Day 03 :

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area & Maasai Village

The morning begins with an optional hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti, with sweeping aerial views of wildlife and landscapes. Afterwards, enjoy a bush breakfast (the balloon safari and bush breakfast are available at an additional cost).

Later, enjoy a final game drive while you travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Once on the crater rim, take in panoramic views. Next, visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about local culture and customs. Finally, in the late afternoon, arrive at Ngorongoro Safari Lodge, set in the highlands with peaceful surroundings and scenic views.

Day 04 :

Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Departure

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This remarkable ecosystem also hosts one of the highest densities of wildlife in Africa. For example, you may see lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, flamingos and the rare black rhinoceros.

Enjoy close wildlife encounters and stunning scenery on the crater floor before a picnic lunch. Then, after you climb out of the crater, begin your return journey and bring the safari to a memorable close.
