After an early breakfast at your accommodation our your driver will pick you up from your accommodation and drop you off at the airport ready for your flight to Arusha airport where on arrival ,your safari guide will meet you for pickup, and you'll begin your journey southwest toward Tarangire National Park — a scenic drive of approximately 1 to 2 hours through the rolling hills and rural landscapes of northern Tanzania.
Upon arrival at the park gate, you'll begin your first full-day game drive in one of Tanzania’s most underrated gems. Tarangire National Park is famous for its towering baobab trees, sweeping savannahs, and the largest concentration of elephants in northern Tanzania. During the dry season, the Tarangire River becomes a magnet for wildlife, attracting vast herds of zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, giraffes, and predators such as lions and leopards.
