Your adventure begins early as you head to Marangu Gate (1,860 meters), the main entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park. After registration, embark on a guided Kilimanjaro day hike through lush rainforest filled with exotic birds, monkeys, and towering trees.

Hike to Mandara Hut (2,700 meters), located about 3–4 hours from the gate. Along the way, enjoy scenic views, waterfalls, and the diverse flora and fauna. After a rest and lunch at Mandara, explore the nearby Maundi Crater for sweeping views over Kenya and northern Tanzania.

Spend the day spotting the Big Five (lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard), alongside hippos, wildebeests, zebras, and countless bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the crater.

Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, and hippos. The park's scenic beauty and compact size make it ideal for a half-day game drive.

After your safari, return to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey.
