Day 01 :

Arusha – Tarangire National Park (Full-Day Game Drive)

After breakfast, your professional driver-guide from Serengeti Wildlife Safaris picks you up from your hotel in Arusha. Then you begin your journey to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is known for its large herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees and beautiful landscapes. It is also home to lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras and more than 500 species of birds.

First, enjoy a full-day game drive with a fresh safari hamper lunch in the park. Afterwards, head to your lodge to relax.

Day 02 :

Mto wa Mbu – Serengeti National Park (Via Ngorongoro Highlands)

After breakfast, drive through the lush Ngorongoro Highlands, with scenic views and a glimpse of rural Tanzania. Then, by early afternoon, you arrive at Naabi Hill Gate, the entrance to Serengeti National Park.

After registration, begin your first Serengeti game drive – a dream come true for wildlife lovers. The Serengeti is world-famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration. It also offers high chances of spotting lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants and more.

Day 03 :

Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Today is dedicated to exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration, when thousands of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles move in search of greener pastures.

Even outside migration season, the Serengeti is packed with wildlife. So you still enjoy incredible photo opportunities and a true feeling of the African wilderness.

Day 04 :

Serengeti – Optional Balloon Safari – Transfer to Ngorongoro Highlands

Start your morning with a sunrise game drive, because this is the best time to see predators in action. For an unforgettable experience, you can also book a hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti (optional, extra cost).

After breakfast, drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You arrive in the afternoon, so you have time to relax at your peaceful lodge near the crater.

Day 05 :

Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport

Today is one of the highlights of your safari. Early in the morning, you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich concentration of wildlife.

The crater is the best place in Tanzania to spot the endangered black rhino. You may also see lions, elephants, hippos, buffaloes, hyenas, flamingos and more.

Enjoy a full game drive in the crater with a picnic lunch. Afterwards, head back to Arusha, or we drop you at Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
