How a Booking Is Made
Once the itinerary and pricing are agreed upon:
1. We provide official payment details.
2. The client pays the required deposit.
3. We issue a formal booking confirmation and request necessary information (flight details, dietary needs, special requests).
Only the information provided on our official booking form becomes part of the travel agreement.
The Company may decline or cancel a booking prior to confirmation if necessary.

3. Price Guarantee

Prices are guaranteed once a deposit is received, except in situations involving:
• Government fee adjustments (park fees, taxes)
• Fuel surcharges
• Exchange rate shifts
• Major quotation errors
These conditions apply throughout the Tanzanian tourism industry.
