Tour Plan
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you’ll be greeted by our friendly driver Serengeti Wildlife Safaris, who will transfer you to your hotel in Moshi. After checking in, our experienced mountain guide will meet you for a pre-trek briefing and a gear check to ensure you're fully prepared for the journey ahead.

Your climb begins with a scenic drive to Lemosho Gate (about 3 hours), where you'll register and enjoy a delicious lunch. The trek through the lush montane forest offers incredible views and wildlife encounters, including black and white colobus monkeys. The day ends with a restful night at Mti Mkubwa Camp, located at an altitude of 2,650m.

Today’s trek takes you 7km to Shira 1 Camp. The first part of the climb is steep, but once you reach the plateau, the descent offers panoramic views of the Shira Plateau and Kibo Peak. Enjoy lunch at camp and rest while soaking in the awe-inspiring views of the surrounding landscapes.

A 10km hike today brings you from Shira 1 Camp to Shira 2 Camp. Along the way, you'll explore the fascinating Shira Cathedral and spend the rest of the day acclimatizing and resting at camp.

Today’s trek involves a climb to the Lava Tower at 4,600m, where you'll take lunch and allow your body to acclimatize to the higher altitude. Afterward, you'll descend to Barranco Camp, which sits at 3,950m, for a well-deserved rest.

Start the day with the famous climb up the Barranco Wall, followed by a scenic hike through valleys and rocky terrain to Karanga Camp. This 6km trek gives you magnificent views of Mount Meru and the glaciers of Kibo Peak.
The 4-hour trek today takes you to Barafu Camp, situated at 4,673m. After lunch and some rest, prepare for your final summit attempt, taking the time to conserve your energy for the challenging midnight ascent.

Your summit night begins in the early hours as you hike to Uhuru Peak. After reaching the summit and soaking in the incredible views, you'll descend back to Mweka Camp for a well-earned rest.
On your final day, descend through the beautiful rainforest, taking in the lush surroundings as you head to Mweka Gate. Once you sign out, you’ll celebrate your incredible achievement with the team before heading back to Moshi for a refreshing shower and celebration.
